1. Purpose

HelvetLoc is an online service that aggregates rental listings in Switzerland and helps you build your application file. The service detects listings published on public sources, notifies its members and links back to the source: it does not republish listings and is not their author.

2. Status

HelvetLoc is neither a real estate agency, nor a broker, nor an agent. It guarantees neither that you will obtain housing, nor the accuracy, availability or lawfulness of the listings, which come from third parties.

3. Account

Access to member features requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Subscription, prices and cancellation

Plans and their prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. The subscription involves no commitment and can be cancelled at any time; the applicable payment, trial and withdrawal terms are set out at the time of purchase.

5. Permitted use

The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Extracting, copying, reselling, automating access to the content or building a competing database is prohibited.

6. Liability

The service is provided «as is». HelvetLoc cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of the listings, nor for the content of third-party sources.

7. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office; any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
